USAGE:

As MacaHighPower is an adaptogen food supplement that acts by making your body systems react to it´s needs each person will react differently .
Most people report that they will start to feel the effects between 3 to 5 days after they start taking it.

As it has an accumulative effect it is advisable to start with 2 capsules for the first 2 days, and then take 3 to 4 depending on your weight, all at once. Do not take more that 6 capsules all at once.

After a few months, or during periods of less activity, you can reduce the dose to 2 capsules.
